The CN750-CN2000 is a fully automatic tray sealing machine designed for customers seeking an entry-level automated solution with higher production capacities.

The trays are automatically transported to the sealing station via pusher bars on the infeed conveyor, where vacuum and/or gas flushing (MAP) is applied, followed by sealing and top film cutting. Finally, the trays are transferred to an outfeed conveyor belt.

It is designed to work with a wide variety of tray shapes and sizes, featuring both inside-cut or outside-cut options. The primary function of the CN750-CN2000 is to package fresh meat, fish, and fruits & vegetables with the aim of extending the product’s shelf life while ensuring an attractive appearance.
