OPERATING PRINCIPLE

In semi-automatic machines, the process typically follows these steps:

1. Loading: The operator manually places the filled trays into the machine’s mold.

2. Operation: The operator initiates the process by pressing the start buttons.

3. Sealing: The machine pulls the film over the tray, applies a vacuum or injects protective gas (MAP – optional), and seals the foil to the tray using heat-sealing technology.

4. Cutting & Discharge: Excess film is automatically trimmed, and the operator removes the finished packages from the mold.
